My name is Liezl

I am a mom of three. Married to my mister Handsome (darn, he is fine fine fine).

and I am a plain jane...

There's nothing fancy about me- I (used to) change diapers (too many) and I (still do) wash dishes, love shopping for shoes, love traveling and meeting people from different nations and I got a thing for cook books (that I seldom use).

And I truly enjoy writing.

This blog actually started as a means to keep in touch with the moms in our previous church. I was overseeing the moms' groups when my kids were still little toddlers running around naked or in diapers (thanks to the hot South African sun) and this blog was a way to encourage and also inform the moms. We have since moved, are involved at another church, raising teens and loving the journey as it unfolds.

I am a christian. I found Christ as young girl at the age of 8 and have been overwhelmed by His love for me ever since.

I pray that my writings will inspire you to seek out Christ for yourself.
